Free page and first booking
During launch, Partner and Partner Plus features are free, with no payment card and no automatic charge. A compliant listing remains free for life. Any later paid activation requires a clearly stated price and a new confirmation from the professional. The club page remains free and visible without a subscription. The first booking approved by the club is included. A decline, expiry or cancellation does not use this benefit.
Price and term
Terms and reference offers for a possible paid activation. The commercial reference price is €29.90 excluding VAT per month, charged once yearly at €358.80 excluding VAT. VAT, exemption or reverse charge depends on the club’s tax position and country.
Activation and renewal
Terms and reference offers for a possible paid activation. Partner access starts after Stripe confirms payment. It renews automatically every year until cancelled. Turning off renewal preserves access until the end of the paid term.
Plan changes
Terms and reference offers for a possible paid activation. An upgrade from Partner to Partner Plus may take effect immediately. Before confirmation, Stripe calculates the prorated difference for the remaining paid term and credits the plan already paid, without changing the anniversary date. Plus is activated only after confirmed payment. No downgrade or refund is available during a paid term.
Included service
Partner allows the club to receive and approve new bookings and manage availability, equipment and activities. Crazy Blue takes no commission on rentals or activities.
Tourist payments
Terms and reference offers for a possible paid activation. Customers pay the club directly. Crazy Blue Stripe is only for the professional subscription and never processes tourist payments.
Club obligations
The club guarantees accurate content, prices and availability and remains responsible for insurance, permits, safety, customer invoices and local tax duties.
Incidents and suspension
A payment failure may trigger a grace period before Partner tools are locked. Fraud, unlawful content or serious breaches may lead to suspension without automatically deleting the free page.
Applicable rights
Withdrawal rights, statutory guarantees and cancellation terms depend on professional status and applicable law. The final version will be legally approved before launch.
Professional capacity and free launch
The representative confirms authority to bind the establishment. During the announced launch period, Partner and Partner Plus features are free and require no bank card. Any future paid activation requires clear pricing and a new confirmation.
Club page, photographs and moderation
The club is responsible for its identity, prices, hours, activities, insurance, permits and photographs. It authorises the technical cropping, conversion and display needed for the service and warrants ownership or sufficient commercial-use rights.
Contract with the tourist
The club alone concludes and performs the rental or activity contract, confirms price and availability, collects payment and issues required documents. Crazy Blue receives no commission on the tourist activity.
Safety, compliance and personal data
The club maintains required insurance, qualifications, equipment checks and permits. Contact details received through Crazy Blue may be used only to answer and perform the request, not for marketing without valid consent.
Availability, moderation and suspension
Crazy Blue may maintain the service, request evidence, correct technical presentation and suspend fraud, unlawful content, serious safety risks or repeated breaches. Ending a future paid plan does not automatically delete a compliant free page.
Future paid service and disputes
Price, taxes, annual term, renewal and any prorated upgrade will be shown before a future payment. No launch-period access creates an automatic charge. French law applies subject to mandatory rules; the parties first seek an amicable solution.
Photos, text and information supplied by the club
The operator is responsible for the content supplied and its updates: club and equipment photos, logos, text, descriptions, prices, opening hours and other information. It warrants that this content is accurate and lawful and that it holds the rights or permissions needed for commercial use on Crazy Blue, including copyright, trademark rights and, where necessary, permission from identifiable people. It grants Crazy Blue a non-exclusive, royalty-free permission to host, reproduce, technically adapt, translate and display this content to present its page and offers on the worldwide-accessible service for as long as it is published. Ownership is not transferred. After removal, only technical deletion periods and legally required retention remain. Crazy Blue may request evidence or remove unlawful content. This undertaking covers later additions and changes without separate confirmation for each photo.
