Purpose
Crazy Blue connects visitors with independent water-sports clubs. Crazy Blue forwards enquiries but does not provide the activity and never confirms a booking automatically.
Account and information
A customer account is required to send an enquiry. Users must provide accurate information, protect access to their account and report unauthorised use.
Request and approval
A request remains pending until the club decides. The stated response time is four business hours, counted from 9:00 to 17:00 in the club’s local time. The request expires automatically without a timely response.
Contact details and payment
Useful contact details are released only after club approval. Customers pay the professional directly. Crazy Blue never collects payment for tourist rentals or activities.
Cancellation and reviews
A cancellation or decline must include a reason. Reviews may only follow a completed outing and are moderated before publication.
Responsibilities
The club remains responsible for prices, availability, equipment, insurance, safety rules and local obligations. Clearly abusive, misleading or unlawful content may be suspended.
Scope and Crazy Blue’s limited role
These terms cover the website, accounts, maps, guides and enquiries. Crazy Blue provides information and introductions only; it is not the rental company, activity organiser, instructor or seller of the water activity.
Enquiries and direct payment
Sending an enquiry does not guarantee availability or a confirmed booking. The club accepts or refuses it and the tourist pays the club directly. Crazy Blue collects neither tourist payments nor tourist bank-card details.
Safety and information
Maps, weather information and editorial guides are indicative and never replace professional instructions, local rules, authority decisions or real conditions. Important information must be confirmed with the club before travel.
Accounts, content and prohibited conduct
Users protect their credentials and warrant rights to submitted content. Fraud, impersonation, unlawful or misleading content, mass extraction and circumvention of security are prohibited and may result in restriction or suspension.
Liability, governing law and complaints
Crazy Blue remains liable for its own duties as required by law, but not for the club’s performance, weather, local closures or user conduct. French law applies subject to mandatory consumer protections. Complaints start through the secure form.
